Served as Creative Director, Designer, and Project Lead for The Beverly Hilton's new website design and launch. With an initial deadline of six weeks to completely replace all online content, I evaluated current online marketing and a hard drive archive containing 8GB of press releases, photography and marketing materials. I defined the new site navigation and text and selected key photographs, communicating daily with the hotel's Director of Sales and Director of Public Relations to facilitate quick approvals. Produced photo montages for each page. Art directed a team of designers and programmers. Responsible for implementing ongoing content and design updates. Web programming and SEO by Cendyn.

Served as Creative Director, Designer, and Project Lead for an innovative touch-screen menu application. Worked closely with the restaurant's Chef de Cuisine to build a comprehensive menu containing paired food courses and wines. Defined menu navigation and designed interface. Art directed a team of programmers. Determined the user interface and information design of an additional application which allows restaurant management to administer menu changes by adding administrators and interactively updating menu content to their onsite server's database. Wrote and designed a corresponding software training manual and a sales cut sheet. Traveled to Dallas to train the restaurant's Food & Beverage Director and staff and provide technical support during the initial product launch.
